I am a Faculty Development Trainer at Full Sail University, where I help faculty become more effective teachers. I'm focused on trauma-informed instruction, culturally inclusive curriculum practices, and engaging community through movement and creative expression.
I previously taught high school English in Seminole County, Florida, where I lead a grade-level team. I hold a bachelor's degree in English Language Arts Education from the University of Central Florida and a certificate in applied positive psychology from the Wholebeing Institute, and I am currently pursuing an Instructional Design & Technology M.S. at Full Sail University.
